1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RealEngine ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

RealEngine is an AI-powered image generation application that offers:

Standard AI image generation (free with usage limits)
Premium features including Kontext Pro editing and PuLID face generation (subscription required)

Billing: Charged to your App Store account
Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before current period ends
Cancellation: Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
Refunds: Managed by Apple according to their refund policy

3-day free trial for new subscribers only
Important: Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription for the selected plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
To cancel: Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select RealEngine, and tap "Cancel Subscription"
No charges during the trial period
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the trial converts to a paid subscription

You agree NOT to:

RealEngine is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
